Garlic & Lentil Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Organic Tahini

  • 3 Tbsp Water

  • 2 Tbsp Organic Avocado Oil

  • 1/3 tsp Organic Cumin

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1 Garlic Bulb, roasted

  • 1 Organic Lemon, juiced

  • 400g Organic Lentils, cooked

Roasted Garlic:

Preheat the over to 400’F. Cut off the top of the bulb to expose the cloves. Place the bulb on parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the bulb and parchment paper in aluminium foil and roast for 30-40 minutes.

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Adjust seasoning as you wish . Dip and Enjoy!
