Flax Strawberry Jam
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Organic Strawberries, quartered. 
- 4 Tbsp One Organic Farm Organic Whole Flaxseed, ground 
- 2 - 3 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup 
- 2 Tbsp Organic Lemon Juice 
Add the fruit to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until soft. Mash with a fork or potato masher.
Take off the heat and stir in the maple syrup & lemon juice.
Add ground flax and stir well.
Pour into jars, let it cool and refrigerate. Use within 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
