Sourdough Herb & Flax Cracker

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup One Organic Farm Organic All Purpose Flour

  • 1 Cup Organic Sourdough starter discard

  • 1/4 Cup Organic Butter, melted OR Organic Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Organic Herbs, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp One Organic Farm Organic Whole Flaxseeds

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Olive Oil & course Sea Salt for brushing before baking

Preheat oven to 350’F

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and shape into two dough balls.

Wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll out very thin between two pieces of parchment paper.

Cut into squares.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 20 minutes - ENJOY!
