The BEST Gluten Free Vegan Brownies

Ingredients:

  • About two cups of organic Almond Butter ( you can also substitute with Tahini)

  • 1 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Organic Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cacao Powder

  • 2 Flax Eggs

  • Flax Eggs: Mix 1 Tbsp of ground One Organic Farm Organic Wholeflaxseed (you can use your coffee grinder for this - SO EASY!) with 3 Tbsp of water for EACH egg and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes until it forms a gel. This is a great substitute for those pancake mornings that you find yourself without eggs :)

  • Set half of the chocolate chips aside to sprinkle on top before baking.

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer , pour onto parchment in a small baking pan and bake at 325 ‘F for 20-30 minutes, depending on desired thickness. Enjoy!!!!
